In October of 2017, I told my mom that I didn't know if I was going to make it through another winter. I was in so much physical pain I could barely take care of myself. It took everything I had just to go to work. After work I went straight to bed, the pain in my legs and back was excruciating. My mom suggested I try the Pro Health Diet.

I thought, well I will give it a try, other diets had not really worked for me, but I would give it a chance. What I really like about the Pro Health Diet, is that my coach told me exactly what, how much and when to eat. Making it really simple and easy to follow. I did not have to read a book, do research, and then try to figure out how to make it work for me.

The hard work was already done for me. I found that having a coach to talk to every week was also very helpful. She always had good suggestions to help me get through cravings, and when I didn't lose as much as I would of liked, or gained a pound or two she was always encouraging. She never made me feel like I was a failure. That was just the type of coaching I needed. I have struggled with my weight most of my life, I have lost 128 pounds, and I feel so much better. I have more energy and actually enjoy going places and doing things that used to be difficult and exhausting.

I plan to continue to lose some more weight, my goal is to finally have a healthy BMI, then continue with the maintenance. I feel secure in that my coach will be there for me to help maintain my weight for as long as I need her. The ProHealth Diet gave me my life back.
